Engineering Design

As an established business with over 40 years’ experience, there are few design problems that MedTec haven’t been tasked with solving. We have worked on projects which range from tattoo guns, to piping and routing solutions for £56 million-pound motor yachts.

3D Printing

Using a family of Ultimaker 3D printers (which are the most reliable dual extrusion 3D printers available), MedTec can achieve complex designs with improved 3D print performance. We can operate with a variety of materials, including including metal filaments.

Outsourcing

Whether you need design draughtspersons or a CAD outsourcing service for short or long-term contracts, MedTec can arrange suitable staff at competitive rates to fulfil your requirements. All of our staff are suitably qualified and trained.

We managed this project, working with a 3rd party manufacturer and designing various components for this unique self-playing piano.

Turnkey Solution For a 3D Model of a Wind Turbine Blade

MedTec designed, 3D printed and fabricated a 3D Model of a wind turbine blade for MHI Vestas Offshore Wind.

Designing a Triple Patented Audio Projector

MedTec designed and supported the manufacturing process of a triple patented audio projector.
